I’m contacting you regarding the vacuum cleaner I recently ordered.
When the package arrived, the box already had a tear in it, which was not a very good first impression. However, after using the vacuum, I was actually very impressed with its suction. It has a lot of power and I really like the way it cleans.
Unfortunately, there are a couple of problems that are making it difficult for me to use it professionally.
When I tilt the vacuum, there seems to be some kind of gap or loose part that causes water to leak onto the floor. This is a big problem for me because I use the vacuum in customers’ homes, and I obviously cannot have water leaking onto their floors while I’m working.
There is also a problem with the part where the battery is inserted, which allows you to use the manual button/handle. That piece feels loose and seems to be partially damaged, so it does not work properly.
I really like the vacuum itself, especially its suction power, so I would like to know what can be done to resolve these issues. Could you please advise me on whether these parts can be replaced or if the vacuum needs to be repaired or exchanged?
I can also send photos or videos showing the problems if needed.

Good cutting trail even It's only 18cm wide. I could not connect the app, but it's working. It left near of path without cutting.

I really like my lawnmower. It cuts very well and the battery life is good. However, it was stated that there was a spare battery. Two problems there. Firstly the lawnmower only works with two batteries, which are included. There were no spare batteries included. Also there would need to be 2 spare batteries included in order to charge the other 2 and still be able to use the lawnmower. This is the reason I have only given the rating as 4/5.
J ai acheté ce robot tondeuse en 2025 au prix défiant toute concurrence qui s est révélé tout a fait performant sur de petites surfaces bien délimitées
Fin juin 2026 j ai connu un dysfonctionnement avec l appareil qui a été traité sérieusement et rapidement par le service après vente Cleva aboutissant a un remplacement du robot tondeuse
Je tiens encore vanter le professionnalisme de Cleva qui prend ses responsabilités en période de garantie

Pienamente soddisfatto. Prodotto di buona fattura, resistente, pratico, maneggevole e bello da vedere sia nel design che nei colori. Peccato che non ci siano i rulli posteriori, indicati come di serie ma probabilmente destinati solo alla gamma superiore.
Il prodotto è praticamente perfetto per il mio giardino che è irregolare e con non pochi dislivelli, il mio prato a 5 cm rende benissimo e la durata della batteria per la gestione a quella altezza è davvero notevole.
Il LawnMaster è di una semplicità di utilizzo fantastica, mi sta addirittura aiutando a capire i punti del giardino che vanno sistemati.

Cumple perfectamente su función, es muy fácil e intuitivo para utilizar,. Hemos probado diferentes alturas y se nota la diferencia, bastante silencioso. El envío fue rápido y el servicio de atención al cliente es bueno.
Expedition un peu longue mais au final nous l’avons recu 7 jours apres la commande.
Et le robot fait le job pour l’instant.
