1. General Information

2. Order Process
Contract Formation: A binding contract is formed upon our order confirmation email.
Pricing: Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude customs duties for non-EU buyers. Prices may change before confirmation.
3. Consumer Rights (EU Directive 2019/771)
14-Day Withdrawal Right: Cancel without reason within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
2-Year Legal Warranty: Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded within 2 years (national laws may extend this).
4. Product Compliance & Safety
CE Documentation: Available upon request (declaration of conformity, manuals).
5. Shipping & Customs
Delivery Times: Estimated at checkout (not guaranteed).
Geographic Restrictions: We do not ship to the UK, Ireland, or non-EU countries.

Faulty Products: Contact us within 30 days for free return shipping + full refund.
Non-Faulty Returns: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds processed within 14 days of return receipt.

2-7 Day Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery lead times are between 2-7 days for mainland European countries.Delivery cost is calculated at the time of purchase and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery is free for orders over €100.
Non EU member countries could be subject to import duties. Please check this with your customs authority for details.
Returns:
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if that's not the case, unused, undamaged products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. -
