These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on eu.cleva.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and Prices
All products are described and priced in Euros (EUR) including applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders are confirmed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany to destinations within the European Union and select countries.
Delivery times and costs are detailed on our Delivery Information page. Standard delivery is free for most EU countries.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
5.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day:
- You (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods
- For multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately: the day you receive the last item
5.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
5.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
5.4 Return Shipping
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Warranty and Defective Products
All products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at serviceeu@cleva.com with photos and your order number.
We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of delivery. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the consumer's country of residence, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

2-7 Day Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery lead times are between 2-7 days for mainland European countries.Delivery cost is calculated at the time of purchase and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery is free.
Non EU member countries could be subject to import duties. Please check this with your customs authority for details.
Returns:
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if that's not the case, unused, undamaged products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. -
