I'm writing because several days ago, I've bought a Vacmaster blower from the official website and the problem is, the item came damaged, plenty of dust inside and even the box was unsealed. I've tried to speak in a polite way to [****], to return the item but they do not want to help me with that. I've tried to reach a proper complaint supervisor who does not appear anywhere to see this unfair policy which is holding [****] and nobody want to be responsable of this situation.
I've just claimed a simple tagg to return the product to the factory due to the state in which came was damaged and unsealed.
Day by day, the staff of this website do not help me with the problem and it's unbelievable. I only hope if someone is thinking of buying a product at Cleva, puts on eye on what I've written above because this company is not serious and the behaviour of its staff is inhuman.
