I’m contacting you regarding the vacuum cleaner I recently ordered.
When the package arrived, the box already had a tear in it, which was not a very good first impression. However, after using the vacuum, I was actually very impressed with its suction. It has a lot of power and I really like the way it cleans.
Unfortunately, there are a couple of problems that are making it difficult for me to use it professionally.
When I tilt the vacuum, there seems to be some kind of gap or loose part that causes water to leak onto the floor. This is a big problem for me because I use the vacuum in customers’ homes, and I obviously cannot have water leaking onto their floors while I’m working.
There is also a problem with the part where the battery is inserted, which allows you to use the manual button/handle. That piece feels loose and seems to be partially damaged, so it does not work properly.
I really like the vacuum itself, especially its suction power, so I would like to know what can be done to resolve these issues. Could you please advise me on whether these parts can be replaced or if the vacuum needs to be repaired or exchanged?
I can also send photos or videos showing the problems if needed.

I love it so far, very powerful, large tank. The only thing I would change is the water flow on the pistol is strong and with not possible to adjust. It would be better to have a trigger instead of an on/off button.

Efficace pour le nettoyage de chantier mais aussi pour l'aspiration d'eau.
La tête d'aspiration tout en plastique semble fragile mais fait le job, compensé par la puissance d'aspiration.
Je recommande.
Habitant une maison à la campagne, nous cherchions un aspirateur adapté à nos allées et venues entre le jardin et nos tapis intérieurs (100m2). Capable d'aspirer tant les poils d'animaux que les petits cailloux et la poussières fines, il est parfait !
Certes un peu bruillant, sa vitesse d'aspiration vient considérablement réduire le temps à accorder à cette tache et sa puissance laisse un sol nickel pour récurer par la suite. Son grand tuyaux d'aspiration - pas si fragile que le laisse supposer certain autres commentaires - et la longueur de son fil d'alimentation viennent également facilité l'aspiration de grande surface, sans avoir a jongler avec les prises !
À l'utilisation, il se révèle plus performant que notre asiprateur Karcher de puissance équivalente. Très heureux donc de notre acquisition.
