1) Remove all the contents from inside of the vacuum cleaner container.
2) Turn the container upside down and insert the front feet with casters into the slots and apply pressure until they click into place.
3) Insert the wheel axle into the rear wheel housing on the base. Insert a washer onto the axle followed by the rear wheel and another washer. Insert the wheel retaining pin into the hole on the end of the axle to lock into place. Push fit the hub cap onto the wheel. Repeat the same steps on the other end of the axle.
4) Unfold the upper handle assembly into the upright position. The upper handle has two adjustable height positions. Secure in place by tightening the wing knobs clock-wise.
5) Your vacuum cleaner comes ready for dry vacuum cleaning with the cartridge filter and pre-filter pre-installed.
6) Optionally, for improved dust filtration, fully fit the dust bag flange onto the inlet stub.
7) For wet vacuuming, replace the cartridge filter and pre-filter with the foam filter supplied. Do not use a dust bag when wet vacuuming.
8) Secure the power head back on the container, using the 2 side latches. Insert the locking end of the hose into the suction port of the container and turn clockwise to lock into place.
9) Choose the desired accessories and/or extension wands and push fit onto the hose nozzle. To use the dusting brush and crevice tool with an extension wand you will be required to use the metal accessory adaptor.

General Maintenance

1) Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing free of dirt and dust. Use a soft, dry brush to clean the equipment regularly.
2) Clear all dirt or debris from the collection tank after each use. Allow to dry before replacing the power head. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents; these may damage the appliance.
3) Check the hose, attachments, and power cord to verify that they have not been damaged or any debris is trapped and blocking airflow.

Cleaning the Cartridge Filter & Pre-filter

1) Loosen the jubilee clip on the pre-filter with a screwdriver, and remove the pre-filter from the cartridge filter.
2) Remove the filter and clean by gently tapping or brushing off dirt. For optimal performance it is recommended to replace the old filter with a new filter regularly.

Cleaning the Foam Filter

1)Remove the foam filter and use a mild soap and water solution to wash and rinse with clean water. Allow filter to air dry before installing and using again.

Cleaning & Replacing Exhaust Filter

1) Unlock the exhaust filter door by lifting the locking tab upwards to release. Pull the door out.
2) Remove the exhaust filter from the vacuum and clean by gently tapping or brushing off dirt. Foroptimal performance it is recommended to replace the old filter with a new filter regularly.
3) Install the cleaned or new filter. Then insert the filter door tabs into the upper slots and lock the filter door into place.
