Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all packaging

  • Full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • We cover standard return shipping costs

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order/invoice number

    • Customer name

    • Reason for return (helps us improve!)

  2. We'll email you a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label

  4. Drop off at any designated carrier location

Please note: Additional fees may apply for non-compliance (used items, missing packaging) or excessive returns.

Refund Processing

  • We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your return

  • Your bank may take 1-10 business days to show the refund

  • If you don't see your refund after this period:

    1. Check with your bank first

    2. Contact us if you need further assistance

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number

  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours to arrange:

    • A free replacement, or

    • Full refund
