WARRANTY

We are proud to design durable, high-quality products. As such, all our Vacmaster® and LawnMaster® machines are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty policy is free and offers benefits that are in addition to your legal rights as a consumer and does not affect your legal rights. Unless otherwise stated, Cleva Ltd. provides the following types of warranties by product category.

Vacmaster®

1. Domestic Vacmaster Warranty: This warranty covers the product when used for domestic and personal purposes only and does not cover use for commercial or rental purposes. Any use of the machine that deviates from its intended use and is not in accordance with the instruction manual is considered unauthorized use and will void this warranty. Unauthorized use releases the manufacturer from legal liability but does not affect your statutory rights under consumer rights law. This product is covered by a limited 2-year warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty covers replacement parts or replacement of the product (at the manufacturer's discretion) during the warranty period. This warranty excludes (at the manufacturer's discretion) damages resulting from direct or indirect abuse, negligence, misuse of the product, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and lack of maintenance. This warranty excludes the following consumable parts that may be affected by normal wear and tear: filter(s), dust bag, and tool accessories. Warranties are non-transferable, and all claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

2. Domestic Cordless Vacmaster Warranty: This warranty covers the product when used for domestic and personal purposes only and does not cover use for commercial or rental purposes. Any use of the machine that deviates from its intended use and is not in accordance with the instruction manual is considered unauthorized use and will void this warranty. Unauthorized use releases the manufacturer from legal liability but does not affect your statutory rights under consumer rights law. This product is covered by a limited 2-year warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty covers replacement parts or replacement of the product (at the manufacturer's discretion) during the warranty period. Batteries and chargers are covered by a limited 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes (at the manufacturer's discretion) damages resulting from direct or indirect abuse, negligence, misuse of the product, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and lack of maintenance. This warranty excludes the following consumable parts that may be affected by normal wear and tear: filter(s), dust bag, and tool accessories. Warranties are non-transferable, and all claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

3. Commercial Vacmaster Warranty: This warranty covers the use of the product for commercial, industrial, or rental purposes, which is stipulated by the use of the machine on a property that operates as a business or on behalf of an organization. Any use of the machine that deviates from its intended use and is not in accordance with the instruction manual is considered unauthorized use and will void this warranty. Unauthorized use releases the manufacturer from legal liability but does not affect your statutory rights under consumer rights law. This product is covered by a limited 1-year warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty covers replacement parts or replacement of the product (at the manufacturer's discretion) during the warranty period. This warranty excludes (at the manufacturer's discretion) damages resulting from direct or indirect abuse, negligence, misuse of the product, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and lack of maintenance. This warranty excludes the following consumable parts that may be affected by normal wear and tear: filter(s), dust bag, and tool accessories. The use of 240V extension cords and step-down transformers is considered unauthorized use and will void the warranty of this product. Unauthorized use releases the manufacturer from legal liability but does not affect your statutory rights under consumer rights law. Warranties are non-transferable, and all claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

4. Commercial Wireless Vacmaster Warranty: This warranty covers the use of the product for commercial, industrial, or rental purposes, which is stipulated by the use of the machine on a property that operates as a business or on behalf of an organization. Any use of the machine that deviates from its intended use and is not in accordance with the instruction manual is considered unauthorized use and will void this warranty. 5. Vacmaster Air Mover Warranty: This manufacturer's warranty covers replacement parts or replacement of the purchased product for 5 years against defects in materials and/or workmanship (at the manufacturer's discretion). This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for products used in both domestic and commercial environments. Any use of the machine that deviates from its intended use and is not in accordance with the instruction manual is considered unauthorized use and will void this warranty. Unauthorized use releases the manufacturer from legal liability but does not affect your statutory rights under consumer rights law. This warranty excludes (at the manufacturer's discretion) damages resulting from direct or indirect abuse, negligence, misuse of the product, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and lack of maintenance. Warranties are non-transferable, and all claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

6. Vacmaster Cardio54™ Warranty: This manufacturer's warranty covers replacement parts or replacement of the purchased product for 2 years against defects in materials and/or workmanship (at the manufacturer's discretion). This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for products used in both domestic and commercial environments. Any use of the machine that deviates from its intended use and is not in accordance with the instruction manual is considered unauthorized use and will void this warranty. Unauthorized use releases the manufacturer from legal liability but does not affect your statutory rights under consumer rights law. This warranty excludes the following consumable parts that may be affected by normal wear and tear: remote control strap. This warranty also excludes (at the manufacturer's discretion) damages resulting from direct or indirect abuse, negligence, misuse of the product, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and lack of maintenance. Warranties are non-transferable, and all claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

7. Household Vacmaster Warranty: This product is covered by a limited 2-year warranty from the original date of purchase, which covers defects in materials and/or workmanship when used in normal domestic environments. Any use that deviates from the intended use and is not in accordance with the instruction manual is considered unauthorized use and will void this warranty. Unauthorized use releases the manufacturer from legal liability but does not affect your statutory rights under consumer rights law. The manufacturer has the right to offer appropriate repair or replacement product/part at its discretion. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from direct or indirect abuse, negligence, misuse of the product, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and lack of maintenance. This warranty excludes the following consumable parts that may be affected by normal wear and tear: filter(s), brush bar, and tool accessories. Warranties are non-transferable, and all claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

LawnMaster®

LawnMaster Warranty: LawnMaster cordless garden tools are covered by a limited 2-year warranty that covers the bare tool only from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship when used in normal domestic environments. Any use that deviates from the intended use and is not in accordance with the instruction manual is considered unauthorized use and will void this warranty. Unauthorized use releases the manufacturer from legal liability but does not affect your statutory rights under consumer rights law. The manufacturer has the right to offer appropriate repair or replacement product/part at its discretion. Batteries and chargers are covered by a limited 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes (at the manufacturer's discretion) damages resulting from direct or indirect abuse, negligence, misuse of the product, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and lack of maintenance. This warranty excludes consumable parts that may be affected by normal wear and tear and are the customer's responsibility. Warranties are non-transferable, and all claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
